Many people also choose to get a wooden shed because they\u2019re affordable. Of course, there are lots of expensive wooden sheds around. But because there are lots of different types of wood you can use, you can pick one that suits your budget. You can choose a shed size and style that suits how much you want to pay too.<\/p>\n

There are some downsides to wooden sheds that are worth knowing about. One of these is that they can be tricky to clean. They can have lots of nooks and crannies that can be difficult to get at. Plus, exposing unprotected wood to too much water can cause it to swell.<\/p>\n

Prone to rot and weathering<\/h5>\n

Another disadvantage to wood is that it\u2019s prone to rot and weathering. If you get a wooden shed you need to make sure you that you coat it with a protective sealant and reapply this when necessary. Otherwise, it can develop rot and get damaged in harsh weather.<\/p>\n
