If your door is hollow then the best way to soundproof it is to replace it with a solid one. The thicker and more solid your door is, the less noise it\u2019ll let through. Solid doors do tend to be more expensive than hollow ones, but you should find that they\u2019re worth it.<\/p>\n

2. Fill in the gaps<\/h4>\n

If you\u2019d prefer to stick with your existing door, there are still a couple of things you can do to limit the noise that travels through it.
