Another big bath selling point is that they\u2019re family- friendly. If you\u2019ve got kids around or might do in the future, you could find things a bit difficult if you don\u2019t have one. Plus if you have a house with 2+ bedrooms and are planning to sell, if you don\u2019t have a bath you might find it hard to attract buyers with families.<\/p>\n
