But actually, organising the garage is easier than you probably think. The key is having a good storage system in place. <\/p>\n<p>So there are three different storage systems that you could think about for your garage. These are cabinets, shelving and overhead storage bins. <\/p>\n<p>Each has its own advantages for you to make the most of, so it makes sense to implement each into your garage especially if you have a lot of belongings. So let\u2019s take a look at the pros and cons for each option:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garage cabinets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are probably the most common garage storage you\u2019ll find, and actually the most expensive too. With cabinets, the benefits are straightforward because they\u2019ll give you the extra space for tools, gear and any other supplies you may have. It\u2019s also out of sight, behind metal or plastic doors. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garage shelving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In terms of cost, this is probably the most effective option and is also the easiest to fit. One of the dangers with shelving though is, whilst it starts out looking neat and organised, it can quickly spill over to become cluttered and unsightly when your belongings start to add up. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overhead garage storage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you want to get your garage mess out of sight then there\u2019s nothing better than overhead storage. Overhead storage typically comes as a rack which is used to store items and from an organisational view they\u2019re fantastic.
