1. Get in there fast<\/h4>\n

As soon as you receive the customer’s details, call them. You should be aiming to call them within seconds! The longer you leave it, the more likely it is that a competitor will get in there first. <\/p>\n

2. Try to contact them more than once<\/h4>\n

If you don’t have any luck getting through to the customer the first time, call back later. Try different times in case they are at work or have another commitment. But don’t stop there – leave a voicemail, send them an email too. Try and give them a reason to call you back to create a fear of missing out.\"closing<\/p>\n

3. Come up with a system<\/h4>\n

If you’re more than a one-man-band, see if you can develop a strategy to deal with customer enquiries as they come in. <\/p>\n

One thing that can stop you from closing leads is if your website that you’re directing customers to is out of date or doesn’t look right. Customers trust companies with an online presence and want to see a good-looking site that is easy to navigate. <\/p>\n

Also, ensure that you’re active on social media<\/a> – you don’t have to tweet your every waking moment, but offering useful information on social platforms will help customers to trust you. <\/p>\n
