Not very professional,left tree branches splintered,did not do the work as promised, damaged fence. Telephoned and complained to Peter he said he would return on Friday (3 days ) did not arrive , phoned him 1 o'clock friday, said he would arrive at 3 oclock,never arrived. I am 83 years old and obviously been taken for granted.
Didn't use in the end but he phoned us straight away and offered to come to give us a quote, very friendly.

Peter called at 10:15 am and by 3:30 pm the lower branches on our 2 oak trees were all removed . The team all had their jobs to and got on with it. They left with very little mess. Even the garden was vacuumed to remove the sawdust
They removed all the branches that we agreed they would remove for the price and left the garden and surroundings in a tidy state. It took the team only 3 hours to complete the job sa they never stopped .Unfortunately some branches were dropped and damaged some fence panels and the neighbours gate.
Friendly very efficient and did a really tidy job would recommend

Terrible. Would avoid at all costs. They responded very quickly, turned up, offered a decent price but tried to press gang me into going ahead there and then. When I chose not to they left, spilling a load of diesel fuel all over the road and buggering off without clearing it up. Wide boys!

The two 'lads' were very quick doing a terrific job, They were very polite and cleaned up far better than I expected despite the weather - its was a wet morning. Three trees well cut pruned and another taken away and roots cut out. Very pleased with the work and price . Highly recommended.

Brilliant work and within about 40 minutes a birch tree was taken down and removed from our garden with minimum fuss. Would highly recommend.

Service was good but they badly damaged our trampoline and have tried to get them to repair it but they are not responding. Really poor service
Very rude customer service. Quoted the job then left rubbish every where. Even had unloaded some of the cut trees and left them by the road side after receiving payment. Bunch of thieves, will never use again and neither would i recommend to anyone. Attitude stinks and very i’ll mannered. Talking like he did you favour. Took the money without completing what was agreed. I will be reporting them to Solihull trading standards and environmental services for tipping. Stay away!

This is my first time calling someone out to my home for work to be completed, so I was slightly apprehensive. The gentleman who came were very polite, professional and efficient. The initial estimate for pruning a eucalyptus tree was £800 which was increased to £2000 and eventually reduced to £1600 when it was alleged that part of the trunk was diseased. This turned out not to be the case. The work was efficiently completed in 1.5 hrs. Some damage to plants. No safety gear worn by man sawing. Most of the mess was cleared satisfactorily by 3 young assistants. Only afterwards on discussing this with a neighbour who had had work done on roadside trees that I realised the cost had been grossly excessive.

Very rapid response and able to do the work immediately. Worked hard - but proved to be expensive by adding work to initial quote. Whole experience spoiled by very poor clearing up and some damage to garden features. No response yet received to my complaint.
