The job seems to have been done to a high standard. the staff were friendly and considerate.
Worked until late first day. 2nd day rain but they came back to check all was secure and no leaks as only temporary felted at this stage.Kept us up to date with all stages.The tiles were removed. They took off and cleared away old deteriorated leaking underlay felt and old batons. Best quality breathable membrane with pressure treated batons fitted. Our original tiles were refitted with any broken ones replaced. Very pleased with result and price. Work men very pleasant an answered any questions we asked.All I all a very good job.
Quote accepted and the very friendly workmen did a thorough moss removal and roof repair job, and cleaned up so well that it was hard to know they had been. Price on the high side but rather that than an inferior job.

Rearranged appointment, but did not show up on time.
Moss Shield paid several visits to my home and they did eventually do a good job of repair and replacement to existing guttering. I would recommend them for future such work.
Pleased with the response and quote. They were very courteous left the premises clean and tidy and even checked with neighbours to ensure no mess. Highly recommended.

Quoted the following day what I thought was a competitive price so and I ended up going with them. Very please with them and the job that they done.
No quote asked for, No issue with them, but I had a great quote from others already and went with Frank Wickens.

Really friendly company who are not out to rip you off, had them survey a job which took very little time and which they would rectify with very little cost. Could not recommend enough.
