NO - as air conditioning systems use fluorinated gases as refrigerants, all work on them must be done by professionals holding valid F-Gas certification. There is a range of different qualifications and certifications that apply for this, so it's always best to ask someone who is qualified to do this.
Criccieth
Criccieth is a town as well as community on the Llyn peninsula in the Eifionydd location of Gwynedd in Wales. The town lies 5 miles (8 km) west of Porthmadog, 9 miles (14 kilometres) eastern of Pwllheli and 17 miles (27 kilometres) south of Caernarfon. It had a population of 1,826 in 2001, reducing to 1,753 at the 2011 census. The town is a seaside resort, prominent with family members. Attractions include the damages of Criccieth Castle, which have extensive sights over the community and also bordering countryside. Close-by on Ffordd Castell (Castle Way) is Cadwalader's Ice Cream Parlour, opened in 1927, whilst Stryd Fawr (High Street) has several bistro-style dining establishments. In the centre exists Y Maes ("The Field", or community square), part of the original middle ages community common. The community is kept in mind for its fairs, held on 23 May and 29 June annually, when large numbers of people check out the fairground as well as the market which spreads with much of the streets of the town. Famous people connected with the community consist of the British head of state, David Lloyd George, that matured in the close-by town of Llanystumdwy, and also poet William George. Group Captain Leslie Bonnet, RAF officer, author as well as mastermind of the Welsh Harlequin Duck and his spouse Joan Hutt, musician, both lived at Ymwlch just outside Criccieth from 1949 until their deaths in 1985. Criccieth organized the National Eisteddfod in 1975 and also in 2003 was provided Fairtrade Town standing. It won the Wales in Bloom competition yearly from 1999 to 2004. The town designs itself the "Pearl of Wales on the Shores of Snowdonia".
