We are Accredited Agents for the Cornwall Council planning process.

We can process Tree Preservation Order and Conservation Area tree work applications.

All planning applications submitted by such agents are registered promptly on minimal checks. This streamlines the process and enables the Council to validate and progress applications more swiftly.

The statuary notice given by the council to process an application is 6-8 weeks. As Accredited Agents we reduce that time to 4 weeks.
