Liam was communicative in the first phone contact. He visited next day and explained clearly the work required for the job. He also emailed an in-depth written competitive quotation the same evening. He commenced the job the day after I accepted the quotation. The installation required removal/replacement of existing pipework; removal of two tanks and re-routing of water supply. All work was completed within two days with no problems. Liam stayed until late to finish the job. I am v. satisfied with the installation and would highly recommend this gas engineer.
