BIM Architectural Services

We provide virtual building information models of all our projects (BIM has been mandated by the UK Government from 2016). From these models we can obtain immense amounts of information to enable analysis for sunlight, energy consumption etc. We are able to visualise any project from concept to completion with animations and rendered views. Accurate material lists and costings are available also from the models.

We optimise a buildings performance and carry out clash detection and project planning. We use Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and Revit MEP, Navisworks, 3d Max, Showcase, Autodesk Infrastructure. We use the cloud to enable our clients to experience their buildings on their mobile phone, laptop, desktop etc all before work starts on site. This process saves time and money for the client.
