Being boiler obsessed is a 24-hour thing for us. No, that doesn’t mean our office is open 24 hours a day, our office hours are set to the normal working day. It does mean, however, that we are learning about, thinking about and talking about boilers and heating systems all of the time. Our engineers attend training courses with all of the leading boiler manufacturers every year alongside other HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) related courses. We hold staff evenings where we explore developments in the boiler industry and heating and hot water industry in large. We regularly share ideas and best practice with other plumbing and heating firms based locally as well as all over the UK. We attend annual trade shows and always keep up to date on monthly regulation updates and industry progress via all the leading trade journals. Being boiler obsessed is not just restricted to our engineers either, we believe that to be truly classed as leaders in the industry all of our team need to have strong product knowledge, even if the strength between people differs. This extends to our office team. People frequently comment on how knowledgeable our office team appear to be when it comes to a broken boiler or heating system. It is a fact that our office team fix around 100 boilers per year over the phone without even sending an engineer out, or charging a penny! We provide our office team with technical training to ensure that remains the case. You will find our office team friendly and efficient, with a desire to help.
