Pre work:The only issue I had was that when the engineer called he did not state that each visit was a charge . He identified one fault then said it was something else. He gave me the option that I could go ahead with the other part but it was my choice. I do not feel that I had a choice as I had just paid £85 to be left with a boiler that did not work. I would have preferred to have had the diagnosis on the first visit to make a decision.
