MEP Ltd, based in Newcastle upon Tyne and founded in 2024, operates as the hard services and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) . We work across the North East and UK-wide, blending day-to-day building maintenance with long-term decarbonisation and asset upgrade work.
MEP delivers both planned/reactive maintenance and MEP project work across:
-HVAC and mechanical systems (including air conditioning and VRF installation/commissioning)
-Plumbing and public health systems
-Electrical distribution, metering, and cable termination/testing
-Solar PV installation and commissioning, plus battery and renewable-ready infrastructure
-EV charging infrastructure and enabling works
Maintenance services include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive/emergency response, statutory inspection and testing, asset surveys, and lifecycle planning. Project services include MEP design and delivery, refurbishment, fit-out, plant replacement, and system upgrades. The business positions itself as a single-source technical bridge between hard-FM maintenance, MEP capital projects, and net-zero/renewable upgrades.
