I offer a full range of architectural services, including initial feasibility and sketch design, detailed planning application including any necessary negotiations, and preparation of full construction information including construction drawings and NBS specifications, contract advice and preparation, site inspections, contract supervision, and lastly negotiation of the final account. I am experienced in conservation and listed building work; initial consultations are free and I do not charge VAT.
