Typical large corporate business with no backbone - I give you: Trustpilot!They started our business profile without our request.When I tried to have this removed they asked me to get in touch with a sales agent to sign up?You apparently can not log in to delete the account.This surely is an infringement on our rights.R.SmithMarketing & Sales DirectorDisking Computers LtdTrust Pilot Response:We do not delete business profiles as we let consumers decide which businesses are reviewed on Trustpilot — it's not up to us, we simply host the content.(Exactly - its your content as YOU host it)I have attached an article from our support centre which explains why we do not delete business profiles as well as explaining the benefits of claiming your business profile -I will give you 24 hours to remove us from the platform that you control. This is a copy-write infringement on our company name. At no point did we give you the authority to put our company details on your website. We will be taking legal action if you do not carry out our request. Looking forward to a positive out come.
