Superb service, the people fitted our new boiler, with efficiency and well executed. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company. The director John was extremely helpful from start to finish as was his team involved with the installation. A big thank you to everyone.
Initial appointment was arranged but they advised a change which was not suitable. Despite several attempts to agree another date, Drain Surgeon did not reply to my last e-mail, so np appointment has been made.

Installation appraisal was not overly customer focussed. More about what he would do rather than what we wanted. Didn't spend much time discussing our needs.
