Arrived on time. Talked me through the issue. Detached the downpipe. Removed the concrete base and clay pipe outlet. Cleared the blockage and dug down to fully clear the underground outlet. Checked the flow. Replaced all and relaid the concrete base. Swept up. All done in 40 minutes.

Mark was very responsive to the initial request and conduct a swift site visit. He offered up different solutions and provide a quote in good time. The job was completed quickly thereafter , obtaining materials and weather excepting. The team were very efficient and the task was done in just over half a day. Well worth consideration if anybody is seeking a roofer.

Very prompt and great communication. Showed up, gave us a no-fuss manageable quote. Were happy to wait for the insurance to pay out and when we contacted them again showed up in 2 days. The work was done very quickly and to standard. Would work with them again.
