John, the gentleman who came to see me to discuss my problem on the roof. It had been leaking into the bathroom ceiling, due to a vent that was old and not sealed. John was punctual, arrived exactly when he said he would, was sympathetic to what needed doing and the work was completed the same morning. He will be back to do more work for me in the new year. I had a small problem with a ceiling light which came out of the ceiling due to the work being carried out on the roof and he said he would send a gentleman within a couple of days to fix it. I trust this company.
They provided a very interesting and reasonable offer, with couple of options. Had the quote come through 1 day earlier I would have selected them but I had already committed to another contractor (to my biggest regret)
A dirty leaflet with a price written on it,I would not consider them

Posts at different heights, line not straight, one concrete post broken, I had to keep ringing the boss as they were not completing the job as agreed, wrong panels delivered so they had to make them smaller costing valuable time
