Sometimes the issues are not always obvious, unless you have previous knowledge.

Unlike many designers our Principle Surveyor Stephen Coby has worked in the industry for over 25 years.

Stephen has a background working for many Local Authorities in London and throughout the South East as a Building Control Surveyor, Senior Building Control Surveyor and Manager. Not only that, he was also the South East Area Manger for one of the leading housebuilding warranty companies. He has also personally designed over 350 successful projects, large and small, across London and the South East.

We pride ourselves on providing practical solutions to both planning and construction. We work primarily in South and South East London, Kent, Surrey and South Essex.

We aim to make the process as easy as possible and can offer stage payments and take all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Bank Transfers and, of course, cheques and cash. We primarily work in the private residential sector, but we can accommodate larger schemes or light commercial works.
