Gestalt developments is an architectural property development company based in London. Our architects have experience in owning and actively managing the whole end-to-end project cycles, from concept discussions with potential clients to building designs, all the way through to planning applications and submissions.

We have significant experiences in preparing and submitting residential planning proposals for clients, including preparing necessary design drawings, site and block plans and design and access statements. We have worked across many different councils in the UK, so we are able to adapt and understand local regulations and requirements required for each specific proposal.
