GROUNDWATER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN have over 20 years working with individual and corporate clients on a number of small, medium and large architectural projects covering a diverse range including minor alterations, housing, commercial, retail, industrial and leisure throughout Scotland and England.




We are based in Portlethen, Aberdeenshire and have a good relationship with the local authorities in the North East of Scotland.



We maintain an ongoing relationship with a number of other local professionals related to the construction industry to enable us to assemble a design team suitable for each project.



With this level of experience we aim to provide a complete Architectural Design Service from feasibility to obtaining statutory approvals and from on site supervision through to completion. Every project is assessed on the individual clients' requirements and our service is tailored to account for commercial and financial considerations to ensure all needs are met.
