I am electrician with 20 years experience of all different aspects of electrical installation. Over the course of these years i have been mostly in demand for housing based work and i now advertise myself as a housing specialist. I can undertake any type of housing project no matter how big or even down to the smallist of jobs, like simply changing a socket or connecting a newly bought appliance. I specialise in different heating systems and i can also carry out inspection and testing in order to guarantee specific works, fault find, or to issue a landlord certificate.
