John called very quickly and went through relevant information. Gave me an estimated quote and advised to contact him as and when I needed him to visit. Shame he is c20 miles away otherwise an initial drive by may have negated a relatively higher quote just to inspect however I understand his position. Not decided who I am using but John was polite, knowledgeable and seemed to care.

John came and was very polite and helpful unfortunately the job had been started.as my chimney was in such a bad way, but i would like to thank John for removing some mos from my roof which showed i had a cracked tile had he not it would not have been seen and i would still have had a leak. thank you very much for you consideration and understanding I will deferentially keep you in mind when the next roofing job comes up. JLS gave a very competitive quote, took pictures of the damage to the roof so that they could explain the repairs needed. Very professional. Did a really good job and took pictures of end result. I would definitely recommend them.
