At MAAD Studio we believe that the success of any building project comes down to the knowledge and understanding of what is involved. From planning drawings to fully specified construction details, MAAD provides expert knowledge and technical assistance to get any project off the ground.

We would initially meet and discussion your ideas and design intent and assess its feasibility. Be it a loft conversion, an extension or new build. We would then guide you through the planning maze, by explaining whether or not the project would fall under permitted development, or if planning permission was required. At the first meeting we also provide you with a design programme which indicates the timescales required for pre-planning applications, planning applications and building regulations aligned with the construction drawing information which will give you a reasonable idea when the work can actually start.

We will also guide you in choosing a contract between yourself and builder to ensure your property, time and money is safeguarded.

We create the project in a 3D software, which means you can view and walk through your design and make any tweaks till you're happy with it.

We would then prepare a set of planning application drawings and make the application for you. Followed by preparing a set of building regulations drawing and making the application all at a very reasonable price.

The business started in 2015, and we have already completed 30+ projects ranging from planning applications and building regulations submissions from extensions, to new builds, to 90+unit residential property sites.
