Pre work:
Overall we were pleased with the job done, gutters cleaned and fixed where required. We also have an unusual situation where the only access to our back garden is through the flat beneath us, scaffolding had to be carried through the flat and the guys were very careful not to damage anything which was appreciated. However, they arrived having not booked the scaffolding meaning a wasted morning and me having to arrange scaffolding which was not such a positive experience. On that basis, I would say the guys are fine to complete the required job but you might need to manage them on the details.
