Pre work:I required one straightforward service – a heat exchanger de-scaled. The engineer did a thorough job and when the heat exchanger was re-fitted the multi-point water heater was restored to full normal operation. I was pleased that the engineer did not try to sell me additional services that I did not need. I thought his charge of £150 was a bit on the expensive side for about two hours work.
