I have an (MA) in planning and regeneration, and a Diploma in Surveying. I also have 6 years experience working as a planning officer at a local authority gaining extensive knowledge of the UK planning system. More recently, I have been serving clients in the private sector obtaining planning permission and building regulations approval for clients. I am trained in CAD programs and can provide high quality architectural drawings for planning and building regulations purposes. I offer extremely good value and will take care of the whole planning process from the initial survey, through to gaining the planning permission, obtaining building regulations approval and recommending builders. I also specialise in appeals, planning policy analysis and general consultancy.

As a formal local planning officer, I also have the required experience to deal with general Town Planning consultancy work, such as appeals and enforcement notices.
