The services should be provided in a timely manner and for a fee that fairly reflects the professional work involved and the experience that is needed for the task at hand. Clients should always be given a clearly written quotation setting-out what is included in the costs, and wherever possible the fees should be quoted on a fixed basis. Providing professional advice is more than just the detail in the written report, we believe that its about the way we conduct ourselves professionally when we meet/visit a property and the 'back-of-house' administration and general assistance that we give. This all applies throughout our services: from mediation services; expert reports; boundary advice; building defect reports; party wall surveyor advice and Awards. 2023 became our 20th year providing Surveying Services to the local community. We've always been a family based business (set-up in 2003), and offer a personal approach that remains professional, accessible and engaging.
