Quotation promptly provided following site inspection. Work commenced on time and was completed in one day despite continuous drizzle. All rubbish was cleared away and access paths swept clean. Site crew were very friendly and explained what they had done. Overall an excellent firm that I would not hesitate to recommend to future clients.

I think the main reason for choosing Phoenix was the 10 year guarantee. However they were prompt, professional and polite. Mine ended up with needing considerably more work than first thought, but John gave us the opportunity to seek other quotes and assessments, which we did. We considered the price we paid to be fair, competitive, and with a 10 year written guarantee to back the work, we would definitely employ John and his team again.
