I have over 11 years of experience in submitting Planning and Building Control applications. Over the years I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience on Largely domestic Projects.

I can if required under take a pre consultative discussions on your plan with your Local Authorities, this will allow the scheme to move successfully through the Planning stage.

I have hands on experience having been a Project Manager / Contract Manager for my previous clients.

Your project begins with an informal meeting to discuss what can and cannot be achieved. This is then supported by a detailed survey and design. I will work closely with you to ensure the design meets all your needs and comes within your budget. I will then process your proposed Plans through the Planning stage. After Planning I will produce if required a full Building Control package including full structural Calculations I can if required discuss and introduce reputable Building Companies from your area

During the build I can liaise with your nominated builder and take away the stress of what can be a difficult period. I have worked on all domestic projects ranging from garage conversions, loft conversions, house extensions & refurbishments,
