Plans and Planning takes you from design through planning and building regulations specification to hand over to the builder.
We are small but have successfully completed 100’s of projects in North Cheshire, Stockport and Manchester and adjoining areas.
We bring state of the art CAD methods to the home market to give the latest in 3d modelling at affordable and fixed prices.
We work completely in 3D so clients are able to fully visualise the proposed home from pretty much every angle!
The process can be taken step by step;
1. Initial Discussion, either by phone, at my office or your home, where we discuss your plans and what may be possible - I will then give you a quotation for the design, planning and building regulations work.
2. Planning and design, this phase covers the design of the proposed work and guiding it through planning if consent is required.
3. Building Regulations & Construction drawings, completing any structural calculations and having the construction drawings approved by Building Control.
4. Tender process - assisting with the choice of builder
