Response Security 1 was founded in 2011 as a sole trading business since then we have become incorporated supplying security solutions across the uk and employing 10-15 members of our team, we pride ourselves on giving clients bespoke security solutions for complex projects yet still providing a customer based service to our domestic customers.

We self operate a micro alarm and CCTV alarm receiving centre based at head office in South Somerset, we are very unique in this way, generally most companies will install intruder alarm systems then pass the monitoring over to a third party company. This method generally leaves the customer with a huge lack of customer care when communication is made after receiving an activation from the customers property. All our monitoring officers are fully trained intruder alarm engineers this allows us to give our customers 24/7 tech support and help with their systems after activations.

We have also invested heavily in software and servers allowing us to provide visually verified monitored alarm system, this eliminates false alarms massively and allows us to confirm fire panic and medical activations more effectively.
