Niele And Jackob were our two engineers both very polite, friendly and considerate kept all areas clean as they went about their work, laying dust sheets and hovering as they worked, removed shoes etc. Consulted us about locations of units and explained he units, they had a couple of problems, they contacted their office and a Senior Engineer 'Julian came downs and quickly sorted it out Had a remote (Smart Phone issue) one of their guys contacted me and talked me though it. now all up and running very happy with the units and the company, would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone including friends and family. Not to mention they were the only quotes that offered a TEN YEAR WARRANTY

Only Smile responded but I am now still awaiting a site visit to confirm their price offered having seen the site which is in my opinion a straight forward one.
decided to use this company marginally before the other company contacted us.
the equipment was delivered the day before fitting as promised. The 2 man team arrived on time and completed the work efficiently giving a run through of using the remote control.

Installation engineers were polite, efficient and punctual. They left my home clean and tidy and clearly explained the functional capabilities of the Mitsubishi units that I had installed.
Smile was the only one to contact us but did get quotes from another company also
