Smile Air Conditioning were great from start to finish. All work was completed to our satisfaction and the install teams were professional and knowledgable about the products being installed. We did pay a higher price but considering the remit to install 4 Internal Units and 3 x External Unit's we thought the price was very competitive ! Would I recommend Smile, 100%

Obviously, I cannot really comment on price competitiveness, because I received no other quotes, but their quote was detailed and seemed reasonable. The main reason for not proceeding at this time was the fact that I'm still convalescing after an operation, and there are other personal reasons... nevertheless, Smile would be at the top of my list for any future quote.

the initial work was not done properly but the engineer came back and did a proper job to which we appreciate
Recommended solution. Sent technical specification of equipment. Free no obligation survey. Good advice. Both survey and installation team on appointment time. Good workmen who obviously knew their trade. Completed job on time and left property clean and in good condition. Follow up finish on time and successful next day. Workmen and surveyor on time friendly, clean and helpful.
Niele And Jackob were our two engineers both very polite, friendly and considerate kept all areas clean as they went about their work, laying dust sheets and hovering as they worked, removed shoes etc. Consulted us about locations of units and explained he units, they had a couple of problems, they contacted their office and a Senior Engineer 'Julian came downs and quickly sorted it out Had a remote (Smart Phone issue) one of their guys contacted me and talked me though it. now all up and running very happy with the units and the company, would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone including friends and family. Not to mention they were the only quotes that offered a TEN YEAR WARRANTY
Only Smile responded but I am now still awaiting a site visit to confirm their price offered having seen the site which is in my opinion a straight forward one.

the equipment was delivered the day before fitting as promised. The 2 man team arrived on time and completed the work efficiently giving a run through of using the remote control.
Installation engineers were polite, efficient and punctual. They left my home clean and tidy and clearly explained the functional capabilities of the Mitsubishi units that I had installed.

Julian from smile air gave me a quote within 24 hours and a sight survey and installation with 2 days. It was a 2 man job and they surveyed at 8.30am on the Monday morning and offered same day service. They returned at 11am and by 1.30pm the unit was working beautifully and they went over the remote control and gave me the booklet. There was no pressure to pay on the day.24 hours later I received an email invoice and payed at the bank by wire transfer which took 2 minutes. Thanks guys you did a good job and cleaned up afterwards
Julian and Joshua provided a quick efficient and friendly service. They explained how the product works and the product works a dream in our conservatory. After a month there was a slight fault on the aircon system. They immediately arranged an appointment to come and check out both the indoor and the outdoor systems and in 15 minuted had diagnosed and fixed the fault, so we once again have a super cool conservatory just in time for chilling out in to eat our BBQ food.. Thanks guys.
