Studio AVC

Studio AVC is an architectural and interior design company. We specialize in building design and enjoy the challenge of involvement in projects of varying scales and types in UK and around the world.
Our experience includes many small interior design projects as well as large scale buildings. We were involved with private houses, furniture design and with many commercial interior projects including restaurants, shops, bank branches and offices from concept design to construction. Our experience includes both adopting a standardised approach and design principles, as well as the creation of new concepts for shop chains and bank branches and the adaptation of these for other branches.

We consider ourselves as imaginative and we push standards to be conceptual and creative. As a small business, Studio AVC’s strength is in nurturing creativity and personal service, consistent with an ethos that “small is beautiful”.

The practice is led by Ayca Vural-Cutts. Following 15 years of post-qualification experience in architectural and senior design roles with respected architects including Zaha Hadid Architects and Foster + Partners, Ayca founded Studio AVC in 2013. She also provides design consultancy on large scale projects and is a member of Wandsworth Council’s Design Review Panel. She writes monthly articles for architectural magazines and occasionally teach design in architectural certification courses.
