A complete examination of the garage roof revealed many loose and broken slates with evidence of water penetration and some rotten wood. A thorough job has been done of making the roof perfectly sound by men who knew their job and worked through broiling heat, completed the work in the stated time and made an excellent job of clearing up and removing all old materials. This was not just a repair. The wooden cladding was warped and split and had long needed replacing so the same team stripped it off and replaced it with plastic cladding. The standard of work was very high and this old , but sound building, looks wonderfully smart now. I’m so pleased to have had a team who took such pride in their work.
