Peterculter
Peterculter is a suburb of Aberdeen, Scotland, regarding eight miles inland from Aberdeen city centre. Peterculter is on the northern banks of the River Dee, near the convergences with Crynoch Burn as well as Leuchar Burn. Following the 1996 Scottish council limit alters it entered into the City of Aberdeen's Lower Deeside ward. The last part of the name is said to come from the Gaelic compound word "Cul-tir", which indicates the "back part" of the nation.
