This will depend on your property, but commonly painted areas include rendered walls, guttering, soffits and fascias, and window frames. Generally you can paint what you want but on older or listed buildings, you may be restricted. An experienced painter will tell you what is possible.
Axminster
Axminster is a market community and civil parish on the eastern boundary of the county of Devon in England, some 28 miles (45 km) from the county town of Exeter. The town is built on a hill overlooking the River Axe which heads in the direction of the English Channel at Axmouth, as well as remains in the East Devon local government district. At the 2001 census, it had a population of 5,626, raising to 5,761 at the 2011 census. The town has two electoral wards (town and rural) the complete amount of both wards being a population of 7,110. The marketplace is still held every Thursday. Axminster provided its name to a sort of carpeting. An Axminster-type power loom can weaving premium quality rugs with several differing colours as well as patterns. While Axminster carpets are made in the town by Axminster Carpets Ltd, this sort of rug is now made throughout the globe.
