Rainham
Rainham belongs of the Medway Towns city its population typically included under Gillingham in the unitary authority of Medway, in South East England, as well as part of the ceremonial region of Kent. Historically, Rainham was a separate town up until, in 1928, it was included in the Community District of Gillingham, which was originally developed in 1903 and also was grouped into the latter's built-up area in evaluation of the 2011 census by the Office for National Statistics. It entered into the Medway authority when Gillingham was incorporated with the other towns to create Medway Unitary Authority in 1998. It has its own leisure and retail hub and unlike Gillingham has a typical area extensively to the south and which since the late 20th century is greatly domestic real estate. Rainham was originally a straight settlement along the highway. The population in 1801 was 422; 2 centuries later on it is more than six thousand. Part of the factor for this massive development can be attributed to the train. When the train was available in 1858 it brought a nearly prompt rise in the dimension of the town; when the Chatham Main Line was amazed in 1959, similar to all the locations offered by it, community development began again. One of the results was the structure of Parkwood estate.
