Dulverton

Dulverton is a town and also civil parish in the heart of West Somerset, England, near the border with Devon. The community has a population of 1,408. The parish includes the districts of Battleton as well as Ashwick which is located about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) north west of Dulverton. To the west of the district exists Ashwick House, integrated in the Edwardian style in 1901. Additionally nearby is the estate of Northmoor, previously a seat of Sir Frederick Wills,1 st Baronet of Northmoor, one of the 4 Wills Baronetcys, as well as the founders of the Imperial Tobacco Company. In 1929 Sir Frederick's son & successor, Sir Gilbert Wills, second Baronet, was raised to the peerage as Baron Dulverton, whose major seat was at Batsford Park, near Batsford, Gloucestershire. Dulverton is a prominent visitor location for discovering Exmoor, and is home to the Exmoor National Park Authority head office. The town pushes the route of the Exe Valley Way and also Land's End Trail.

✓ Ensure that the preservative treatment to the structural timber has dried out.

✓ Fix all utility boards of about 100mm to 605mm in width at a maximum of 60mm centres.

✓ If ventilation is needed, there are some soffits that are available in 150mm to 605mm widths and also provides the 10mm air gap needed for roof with a pitch above 15 degrees
