More recently, UPVC fascias and soffits have been increasingly popular as they provide a resilient substitute that will not rot. UPVC fascias and soffits can be purchased in a variety of colours to accommodate any building, although white is very popular as it offers a traditional appearance. Fascias are additionally available in ogee moulded designs, where feature grooves are included. These can have an attractive effect.
