Firstly it was not a velux window that they fitted It was a cheap window . They did not start until 10.45 and as a result they rushed the job. The boss did very little work. Sitting in his van most of time. It was the two young lads that had the work to do.some slates at the bottom of the roof will still need attention. I paid £3200
