Cirencester is a market town in the east of the English county of Gloucestershire. It is situated on the River Churn, a tributary of the River Thames. The town is divided into five unique areas: the suburbs of Chesterton, Stratton, which were formerly separate villages just outside the town, Watermoor and the Beeches.
