Colwyn Bay
Colwyn Bay is a town, community and seashore location in Conwy County Borough around the north coastline of Wales overlooking the Irish Sea. Eight neighbouring communities are integrated throughout its postal district. Founded as its own individual parish in 1844 with only a small grouping of homes and farms where the community of Old Colwyn is today, Colwyn Bay has expanded to get the second-largest community and business centre in the north of Wales along with the 16th largest in the whole of Wales with the urban statistical region which has a populace of 28,992 at the 2001 census.
