Brackley is a town within south Northamptonshire. It is about 19 miles (31 kilometres) from Oxford and 22 miles (35 kilometres) from Northampton. In the past, it was a market town which focused on the wool and lace trade, it was founded on the intersecting trade routes in between London, Birmingham and the English Midlands and between Cambridge and Oxford.
