Tenterden
Tenterden is a town with a huge sanctuary in the borough of Ashford in Kent, England. It stands on the side of the remnant forest The Weald, ignoring the valley of the River Rother. It was a member of the Cinque Ports Confederation. Its riverside today is not navigable to large vessels and its condition as a wool production centre has been lost. Tenterden has several voluntary organisations, a few of which are listed here, seven large or very old pubs within its location and has long distance strolling and biking routes within its limits.
