Your LPG storage tank will need to go outside your property, possibly underground if you have limited space. There are planning rules that restrict where you can put your tank, especially if your property is listed or on designated land. Take a look at our planning permission article to find out more.
Wakefield
The city of Wakefield features a substantial population of 325,000 and is found in West Yorkshire in the North of England. Like a lot of the north was, Wakefield features a background within the mining industry and throughout the Seventies had as many as 21 sites inside the region. The closures in the 1980s left a large unemployment burden on the city and its surrounding areas but nowadays Wakefield prospers from a below-average level. Home costs also have significantly increased from an average of £50,000 to £130,000 between 1998 and 2003. To keep your Wakefield house within the top end of the market make sure to make use of reputable tradespeople for any home improvements required.
