Composite Doors in Ashby-de-la-zouch

Do you wish to swap your front door? There are many options available to you but none of them quite as preferred as composite doorways. But why is this particular type of door the nation’s most popular and why should you consider it for your own home?

There are quite a few reasons to choose a composite door. For starters they look great and there's a wide variety of choice in both style and design to choose from. If you want a modern-day overall appeal you'll be able to get precisely that, with contemporary designs to go together with the times. But if you want the appeal of standard front doors, then there are Victorian, Georgian and Edwardian designs to pick from.

Besides this you are able to pick a colour that perfectly suits your home. Whether you select a traditional white or black door, or would have a preference for the bold red, blue or green, the final decision is up to you.

But how about the composite door’s other features? As well as a strong visual appeal, you benefit from superb insulation and a sturdy, resistant installation. The construction of the door guarantees heat is not able to pass thorough and leave your house, bringing down your expensive energy expenses.

Composite doorways are constructed to withstand impacts and the weather too, lasting for decades with virtually no maintenance. A GRP (Glass reinforced plastic) skin enables you to protect the front door ensuring it continues to look great for years to come.

Ashby-de-la-zouch

Ashby-de-la-Zouch, normally referred to as Ashby, is a little market town and civil parish in North West Leicestershire, England, within the National Forest. It's a sister city with Pithiviers in north-central France and is situated close to the Derbyshire border. The civil parish contains the hamlets of Shellbrook, west of the town, and Boundary to its north-west. Nearby villages include Lount, Normanton le Heath, Smisby, Packington, Donisthorpe, Oakthorpe, Moira, Measham and Coleorton. The towns of Swadlincote, Burton-upon-Trent, Melbourne and Coalville are all within 10 miles of Ashby, while the city of Derby is 11.5 miles to the north. The town is positioned at the heart of the National Forest and around 24 miles to the south of the Peak District National Park. It is on the A42 national route between Tamworth and Nottingham. The permanent resident population of the town, based on the 2001 census, was 12758, which grew to 13759 by the 2011 census. Ashby-de-la-Zouch Castle was important in the 15th to the 17th centuries. In the 19th century, the town became a spa town and prior to the growth of Coalville, it was the chief town in northwest Leicestershire. During the 19th century, its key industries were ribbon manufacture, coal mining and brickmaking. The town was served by the Leicester to Burton-upon-Trent Line of the Midland Railway from 1849. Numerous the buildings in Market Street, the town's primary thoroughfare, are timber framed, but most of this was hidden by later brick facades. The Bull's Head public house retains its traditional Elizabethan half-timbering, though most of this was plastered over some years ago and can now no longer be identified from the street.
