When conservatories are perfectly assembled they look excellent, from both an interior and external perspective. They provide you with an abundance of light and space and no matter the design, offer you a number of possibilities.
So what's important is to keep the conservatory well-maintained. By ensuring the conservatory is often cleaned you'll be able to prevent any key repairs and expenses later on.
Obviously, due to the many glass panes the chances are dirt and grime will begin to collect, not forgetting algae. In the event that this is left for too much time many problems can take place. For uPVC conservatories there may be staining, whilst corrosion could occur to metalwork and seals can start to leak, harming the performance.
Whether you have spent lots of your own money into a brand-new conservatory, or have inherited it as part of a house you've bought, it's incredibly important to keep it in very good condition.
The average cost of Conservatory cleaning is £300. Costs vary based on the materials and the contractor selected. The upper price range can be as high as £345. The material costs are in general about £75
