Ludlow is a market town in the English county of Shropshire. It is located approximately 28 miles (45 kilometres) south of Shrewsbury and 23 miles (37 kilometres) north of Hereford using the main A49 road, which bypasses the town. In accordance with the 2011 Census, the town has a permanent population of around 10266 people. This makes Ludlow the largest town in south Shropshire. The town is notable in the history of the Welsh Marches and neighbouring Wales. The town is in close proximity to the confluence of the rivers Corve and Teme. The earliest part is the medieval walled town, built in the late 11th century after the Norman conquest of England. It is centred around a small hill which is found on the eastern shore of a bend of the River Teme. Atop this hill is Ludlow Castle and the parish church, St Laurence's, the largest in the county. From there, the streets slope downward to the River Teme, and northward towards the River Corve. The town rests in a sheltered spot below Mortimer Forest and the Clee Hills, which are clearly visible from the town. Ludlow is home to roughly 500 listed buildings. They consist of some fine examples of medieval and Tudor-style half-timbered buildings featuring the Feathers Hotel. The town was detailed by Sir John Betjeman as 'probably the loveliest town in England'. By the late 20th century, the town had actually seen a progression in tourism, causing the aesthetics of many antique dealers, as well as art dealers and independent bookshops. Bodenhams, a clothing shop, has actually been trading from a 600-year-old timbered property since 1860 and it is among the oldest shops in Britain. For all your home refurbishments, make sure to identify respected contractors in Ludlow to make certain of quality.

Easy to use
Electrical safety survey I was impressed by the speed of response, the efficiency of the work completed and the report which followed very promptly. I would highly recommend the service
If your fuse box keeps tripping or blowing fuses, it may need replacing. Other signs that your fuse box is not working properly include humming, sparking and lack of power. Contact an electrician and ask for a safety report, this will diagnose the problem and lead to a quick fix.
With age and use any electrical installation in your home will wear. A periodic inspection is therefore carried out to ensure your home electrics are in a satisfactory condition. With a periodic inspection: Ensure your electrical circuits aren’t overloaded, Avoid accidents such as shocks and fire hazards, Discover if there are any defective lines,Highlight any lack of earthing or bonding..
Periodic testing and inspections should be completed: Every 10 years for your home, Every five years for rented accommodation, Every three years for a caravan, Every year for a swimming pool.Electrical inspections are also carried out when buying, selling or renting a property.
You can find out roughly how old your wiring is by simply looking at it. If the wiring around your fuse box is covered in old-fashioned casing, or is damaged or fraid, it may be over 25 years old and need replacing. This is more common in older properties or houses that have been empty for long periods of time.
